Gallon Filling Machine
Gallon bottle filling machines are manufactured linear or rotary by the capacity and customer’s requirements. Filling process actualized with non contact of the bottle neck. Gallon bottles which transfered to filling machine are centred by the mechanical system and no bottle no filling. Filling pump controlled by the inverter so ensuring different filling speed in different filling level.

* Adopt non-contact quantitative filling tech, without water overflow.
* Adopt AISI316L for part in contact with ozone water, no-dead-ends mirror polish technique, guarantee product quality.
* Reserved interface for install 100 class clean room FFU (fan filter unit).

* FESTO air cylinder, or same level brand.
* INOXPA stainless steel filling pump, or same level brand.
* Filling volume accuracy: within ± %0.5 lt.
