Product Description:
Beer Bottle Filling Machine for two kind Caps is suitable for glass bottle beer filling, caps can be crown cap or easy open cap. it can also apply to plastic bottle with plastic screw caps.
Our BGF serious Beer bottling machine is designed for all types of beer, both still and sparkling, alcholic or none-alcholic. some are suitable to fill in glass bottle, some are suitable for plastic bottle, others are rather suitable in cans. We also supply beer filling machine for cans and easy cap type if you're interested, along with other beer machine, such as brewery tanks.
Method of operation
The glass bottle is firstly pressed on and then undergoes double pre-evacuation and double CO2 inflation. Once the pressure is the same in the ring bowl and in the bottle, the filling process commences. Once the liquid level reaches the end of the vent tube, no more gas can escape from the bottle – and the filling valve is closed. After a settling phase, the snifting valve lowers the pressure in the bottle’s head space and the filled bottle leaves the machine.

Advantages:

The complete filling process will be as below:
①, The replacement valve is linking with air drum, CO2 inside air drum enter bottles via replacement valve. The gas inside bottle now is mixing with CO2 and air.
②, Air exhausting ③valve is opened via cam to exhaust the mixed gas.
, Refill CO2 into bottle again.
④, Operation valve open, after the pressure between cylinder and bottle is equal, the filling process starts, when the filling level reach air returning pipe, filling stops, filling valves closed.
⑤, After filling process finishing, before filling valves leaving bottles, air exhausting valve exhaust extra gas, then filling valves leave bottle neck, filling process finishes
